- How does rank work?
- Rank is the bid, nothing else. Bids are whole dollars, minimum $1, and to take a spot you must bid at least $1 over the current holder.
- I paid — where do I manage my shelf?
- Accounts unlock after payment. Use the login link on the success screen, or request one from the sign-in page with the same email you paid with.
- Can I raise my existing listing?
- Yes. Enter the same product link again and you only pay the difference from your current bid.
- My marketplace link was rejected.
- Top Shelf is for makers. Link directly to the product on your own site — no Amazon, Etsy, eBay, resellers, dropshippers or affiliate links.
- Can I get a refund?
- All bids are final and non-refundable. Rank can be taken from you at any time.
